How does the hiring process work? When we receive resumes, they are forwarded to the appropriate hiring manager for review. Candidates will be contacted by phone if there is an interest. Following the phone interviews, candidates will be invited for personal interviews either at the plant location or Corporate Headquarters, or both. We regret that we cannot respond to every resume submitted to us due to the volume we receive.
Does ESSROC Cement offer visas, work permits, etc.? For specialized positions, we do occasionally offer assistance in obtaining a visa. This is discussed during the interview process.
How do I know that you have received my resume? If you received an e-mailed response confirming your submission, then we have received your resume. All resumes remain active in our database for one year.
How do I know if a job has been filled? All jobs listed on the website are open and are being actively recruited. If a job is no longer on the website, it has either been filled or cancelled.
I would like to fax or mail a resume. How can I do that? ESSROC strongly encourages you to submit your resume electronically. However, if this is not possible, or you prefer another method, you may fax the resume with the job name and location in the Subject line to (610)837-9614, Attention: HR Recruiter. Alternatively, the resume may be mailed to 3251 Bath Pike, Nazareth, PA 18064, Attention: Human Resources Recruiter. Using either of these methods may delay processing of your application for employment and it will not be possible for us to confirm receipt of your resume.
I am a recruiter interested in working with ESSROC to fill a position. How can I do this? Prior to submitting a resume, contact the Human Resources Department at (610)837-6725 to discuss the position, our Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action policies and to negotiate a fee structure. Resumes submitted prior to having been approved by the Human Resources Department will be destroyed. |
